Building Access

The Project’s “Hours of Operation” are Monday – Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, but after-hours access is available for Tenants 24/7 with their “access fob.”  If you need an access card, please contact your office manager.

Service Requests


This Building Engines website is used to log and track all maintenance/work order requests by Tenants.  Maintenance/work order requested should be entered in this website portal and will be routed to property management and engineering staff for review.  Please use the Tenant Services tab at the top of the page to enter a maintenance/work order request.
For fire, police, or medical emergencies, please call 911.

Deliveries

A 
minimum of twenty-four-hours prior notification to the Property Management Office is required when moving bulky materials, office furniture or equipment in or out of the building.  All moves must be completed prior to 8:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Tenants should contact the Property Management Office to coordinate moves and schedule the freight elevator in advance.

Vendors

Tenants that arrange for an outside contractor to perform work in your suite or on your behalf, such as caterers, painters, mechanical services for supplemental IT/server units, etc., must provide their vendor’s valid Certificate of Insurance. Please contact the property management office for COI requirements and send the completed copy of the COI to the Management Office.
